Korrektur: Es handelt sich um das Palais Borsig, nicht um das Palais Voß. Letzteres, auch bekannt als Palais Marschall, war für die Anlage der Voßstraße (im Foto links) bereits 1872 abgerissen worden. Voßstraße und alle Bauten an ihr, einschließlich des Palais Borsig, entstanden auf dem riesigen ehemaligen Voß-Grundstück. Das Palais Borsig wurde 1938 in den Gebäudetrakt zwischen Alter und Neuer Reichskanzlei eingegliedert, am Ende des Krieges schwer beschädigt und mit den anderen Reichskanzlei-Bauten nach Kriegsende abgerissen.
