Die Volkskammer der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik trat am 28.3.1962 zu ihrer 22. Sitzung zusammen. Zu Beginn gab der Minister für Auswärtige Angelegenheiten, Dr. Lothar Bolz, eine Erklärung zu aussenpolitischen Fragen ab. Im Mittelpunkt der Volkskammersitzung stehen die erste und zweite Lesung des Beschlusses der Volkskammer über den Volkswirtschaftsplan 1962 und des Gesetztes über den Staatshaushaltsplan 1962.

UBz.: Als Berichterstatter des Haushalts- und Finanzausschusses der Volkskammer spricht der Abgeordnete Karl-Heinz Schulmeister.
