I believe this screenshot constitutes as fair use as:

1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
2. The image does not replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media.
3. The screenshot is of lower resolution than the original video.
4. The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
5. The material is used in the article Deciphering Me and only in said article.
6. The material contributes significantly to the article by identifying and illustrating the subject.
