Awarded to civil servants of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, the federal service, federal agencies under the supervision of the Ministry and their territorial bodies, employees of subordinate organizations and other persons who worked in the environmental field for at least 10 years, for great contributions to the reserve, a system of specially protected natural areas, conservation, research and ecological activities, maintaining and developing state natural reserves and national parks. |
