Summary

Description
English: 16 enamel panels were entombed in the Hall of Records behind Lincoln's head at Mt Rushmore. The panels had text and photos on them describing Mt Rushmore, how it was sculpted, the biography of the sculptor, short biographies of each of the presidents, and text of important US documents like the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. This is a copy of one of those panels. It is NOT a picture of one of the actual panels entombed. It is printed on metal and measures the same as the enamel panels - 4 feet by 1.5 feet. This photo was taken in Februaru of 2019 by Ed Menard, a park service employee at Mt Rushmore in South Dakota, United States.
