Description
English: Soviet WWII propaganda poster urging vigilance. Note the villain in the shadow wearing a Polish parade uniform

Poem on the poster (roughly translated):

We shouldn't forget that these are times of war,
That, snapped by the fire of a mighty campaign
The accursed enemy which is stung wants us.
Sometimes in the day, more frequently in the night,
He comes out for treacherous work
Oh, dastardly executioner! Dying, he wants
To kill people, burn property to ashes,
Comrades, do not forget this.
Be watchful of the honour of the Soviet fighter
Be Attentive!
Do not yawn!
Be Bolsheviks to the end!

Faites attention!
Ne vous endormez pas !
Soyez bolcheviks jusqu'au bout !
