Summary

Description

c/n 11225. Full US Military serial ’44-61748’. Registered as G-BHDK for it’s epic flight from the U.S. to Duxford, back in the early 1980’s. While the American Air Museum was under refurbishment, the B-29 was temporarily living out in the sunshine on the ‘Jet Pan’. Imperial War Museum, Duxford, Cambridgeshire, UK.
