Summary
| Description |
English: Birmingham Museums Collection Centre, Nechells. This is the store for all the items that cannot be displayed at Thinktank and the main City Museum. There are many items from the former Birmingham Museum of Science and Industry in Newhall Street. Most of the transport collection is in here as well as statuary and many heavy engineering items. This was one of their occasional public open days and I was most impressesed, as some museum stores are not for the faint hearted. |
