Rationale: Fair use, as subject died in the Bronx in 1969. Numerous Photographic images of this subject do not exist due to timing. As a Hall of Fame honors recipient, the subject is historically significant. The image is only being used for informational purposes. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because the image and its historical significance are the sole object of discussion in the article. The image will be kept small and used only this one time. |
