English: Bijou Theatre building, 1237-1239 Broadway (between 30th and 31st Streets, west side), Manhattan,
with adjacent buildings at 1235 (left, sign reads: "Wines & Liquors Bottled for Medical and Home use")
and 1239 (right, sign over entrance reads: "Maurice Daly Billiards").

Sign on window of store at 1237 reads: "Your butter made while you wait / Buttermilk Cream / Simplex Dairy Company".
Sign over center door reads: "Miner & Co. Electrical Engineers 1237 Broadway".
Curb poster at left, topped by elaborate decoration reading "Bijou Opera House", advertises Peter F. Dailey in The Night Clerk.
Curb poster at right advertises the same, "commencing Nov. 11".
