Deutsch: Bielsko-Biała, ehemaliges Café de l'Europe (auch Café Allegri) an der Ulica Norberta Barlickiego (früher Bahnstraße) 1. Die neuen Säle des Kaffeehauses wurden am 22. Juni 1901 eröffnet. Das Gebäude wurde 1899 bis 1900 nach einem Entwurf des österreichisch-italienischen Architekten Max Fabiani erbaut. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich die Buchhandlung W. Fröhlich, gegründet 1847.
