Der fast den ganzen Block einnehmende Komplex aus Büro- und Wohnhäusern wurde 1994 bis 1996 nach Entwürfen des Architekten Aldo Rossi auf einer Freifläche am ehemaligen Todesstreifen der Berliner Mauer erbaut. English: The block Schützenstraße between Schützenstraße, Charlottenstraße, Zimmerstraße, and Markgrafenstraße in Berlin-Mitte, here the facades of the buildings Zimmerstraße No. 68 and 68 and Charlottenstraße No. 16, 17, and 18 (on the left). The complex of office and residential buildings occupies almost the whole block and was built from 1994 to 1996 to a design by the architect Aldo Rossi on an empty space at the former death strip of the Berlin Wall. |
