Summary

Description
English: Photograph taken by me in January 2005. Bank House was originally built by John Johnson, soap and alkali manufacturer in the early 19th century. It then became the offices for a number of businesses, and was known as Bank Chambers. It was then a post office. More recently it has become a nightclub. Since the photograph was taken, it has changed its name and currently (March 2022) it is Chambers.
