Summary

Description
English: Bahudari ragam is a janya of 28th Melakarta ragam, Harikambhoji. Notes of the Janya ragam's ascending scale in Carnatic music shown in a keyboard layout. The ascending scale is different \from the descending scale. In this image C is used as Shadjam for simplicity sake only. In Carnatic music any note can be the tonic note (sruti), which is taken as Shadjam note.
