Русский: «Флаг муниципального образования „Багратионовский район“ представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с соответствием ширины к длине 2:3, разделённое по горизонтали на две равные полосы: верхнюю чёрную и нижнюю белую, воспроизводящие фигуры из гербовой композиции: в чёрном поле — возникающий лев с красными вооружениями; в белом поле — три чёрных креста, лапчатые на концах».
