Summary

Description
English: Phase-sensitive inversion recovery (PSIR) MRI in the axial plane of the brain, showing lesions by multiple sclerosis. White arrows point at six more lesions that were not identified on DIR prior to PSIR. Black arrows indicate artifacts due to the partial visualization of the sulci.
