Description The Atari 2600, a video game console released by Atari in 1977. Originally called the Atari Video Computer System, the system was the most popular gaming console of the late '70s and early '80s. This model is the Sears Tele-Games branded model, which was released early in the 2600's life and featured 6 switches.
