English: TANGI VALLEY, Afghanistan – An Australian Light Armored Vehicle angles itself into a defensive position to provide security for ground troops. Afghan National Army and Australian soldiers took control of the hill while the armored vehicles cleared the road leading to the hill, the future site for a new forward operating base in the Tangi Valley, Dec. 28, 2010.
