This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of video covers to illustrate the videotape or disc in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States. It is believed that the image, AnEveningwDCX.jpg, is subject to fair-use in the An Evening with the Dixie Chicks article, as;

1. No free or public domain images exist for this film, as the film itself and its content are copyrighted.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original DVD cover (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
4. For an article about a film, the cover artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork by which the film will be most easily identified. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The DVD cover image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original film in any way.
