Summary

Description
English: Allonautilus perforatus is the only living species of Nautilus that has never been seen alive (as at October 2016). Drift shells are extremely rare and ones in excellent condition more so. This specimen is featured in the book NAUTILUS: Beautiful survivor by Wolfgang Grulke published in 2016.
