English: Photograph of a decree issued by Emilio Aguinaldo in reaction to an earlier amnesty offer made by the U.S. government to revolutionaries in the Philippines. The paper is attached to a woven bamboo board. It was found one morning hanging on a fence in the town of Bugasou, Panay, Philippine Islands.See Foreman, J.
