Summary

The Department for Planning, Transport and Infrastructure is an agency of the South Australian Government, which is a member of the Open Government Partnership. It is "committed to more transparent, effective and accountable governments -- with institutions that empower citizens and are responsive to their aspirations" (Australian Government Attorney-General 22 May 2013 – http://www.attorneygeneral.gov.au/Mediareleases/Pages/2013/Second quarter/22May2013-AustraliajoinsOpenGovernmentPartnership.aspx). As a participating partner, the South Australian government agencies has agreed to release copyright public sector information under Creative Commons [CC BY 4.0 International] licence or other open content licences, wherever possible.
