Ackors Corner occupies approximately 1 acre of land; it is likely named after the family living there before / and at the turn of the 19th century. A large, 2 story, White House with gables was present in the 1950’s.
The Corner is across the road from a farm purchased by Boehm porcelain in approximately 1965. Boehm built a large stable and the fields were kept for the horses. Previously, corn and other grains occupied the fields.
