1. This is a low resolution version of the album/single cover.
2. The inclusion of this image does not damage the image's owner's right to sell the album/single.
3. This cannot feasibly be used to create illegal copies of the album/single.
4. The image relates directly to a mention of the recording in the article.
5. This image was made famous by Atlantic Starr and is therefore significant to this article.
