The Justin Center was designed by ARCH-E Biuro Projektowe. The architects knew that they were building a modern building in the same spot, where the monumental neo-baroque Old Post Office stood from 1888 until the end of WW2. The elevation of this historic building had been designed by Walter Kyllmann and Adolph Heyden, architects from Berlin.
