COmplete history here The ABI registration stands for Anhalt-Bitterfeld, which only commenced on 1 July 2007, in a re-organisation of administration in Sachsen-Anhalt Land which produced new codes - HZ was issued for Harzlandkreiz (ex-HBS Halberstadt) and SLK for Salzladkreis (ex-BBG Bernburg) The administrative centre of ABI is in Köthen, previously issuing KöT registrations. BK replaces Bö for Landkreis Börde at Haldensleben. |
