Description The American Academy of Dramatic Arts Building at 120 Madison Avenue between 30th and 31st Streets was formerly the clubhouse of the Colony Club. It was built between 1904 and 1908 and was designed by Stanford White of McKim, Mead and White in Georgian/Federal Revival style.
