English: Name: Ben Shemen forest, the stone garden Description: The stone garden was established on Passover 1992 in a workshop for working in nature held in a small clearing. 12 creators were invited to a quick sculpture workshop. They worked for five consecutive days and created environmental sculptures from local rocks with a chisel and a hammer. Next to each sculpture was placed a sign describing the name of the work and the name of the artist who created it. עברית: שם: יער בן שמן גן האבן תיאור: גן האבן הוקם בפסח 1992 בסדנה לעבודה בטבע שנערכה בקרחת יער קטנה. 12 יוצרים הוזמנו לסדנת פיסול מהירה. הם עבדו במשך חמישה ימים רצופים ויצרו במפסלת ובפטיש פסלים סביבתיים מסלעי המקום. ליד כל פסל הוצב שלט המתאר את שם היצירה ואת שם האמן שיצר אותה. הערות: דרך החשמל נולדה מכורח המציאות. בשנת 1990 נאלצה חברת החשמל להעביר קו חשמל בלב היער, ולצורך השלמת העבודה נפרצה דרך.אלמנטים של מתכת משולבים בסלעים הטבעיים ומוסיפים ליער בן שמן נופך אמנותי. סלעים שנעקרו להכשרת הדרך נוצלו לבניית מעין חומה קדומה התוחמת רחבה חצי עגולה מפולסת, וכך נוצר בלב דרך החשמל מתחם גן האבן. בדרך החשמל, שהקמתה נמשכה כשנה, כלולים מתקני משחקים, עמודי שפה וציוני דרך. קרוב לקצה המערבי של הדרך ניצבת רחבת תצפית ובה מתקן מודולרי מקורה לעמדת מצפור.
