Summary

Description 94-100 Lafayette Street on the corner of Walker Street in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City were built as two buildings with a coordinated design in 1907-08 and 1909-10, and were designed by Howells & Stokes in a modified Neoclassical style. The two buildings were combined in 1952 by Avildsen Tools & Machines, and the combined structure is now known as the Avildsen Building. It was designated a NYC landmark in 2001.
