Summary

Description 521 and 523 Broadway, between Spring and Broome Streets in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, were built in 1853-54 as part of the northern wing of the St. Nicholas Hotel complex, which extended from 507 to 527 Broadway. These two buildings, which were designed by J. B. Snook or Griffith Thomas, are the only remnants of the hotel. They are It located within the SoHo - Cast Iron Historic District.
