A small promotional picture is unlikely to replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media (that is, DVD film.) 3.(a) This is the only picture used in the article. 3.(b) The photo is of sufficiently low quality, being a somewhat blurry GIF image. 4. This picture has been published outside of Wikipedia, on Discovery's website. 5. This image is encyclopedic in that it helps to identify and particularize this show with respect to other television shows. 6. The material meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy. 7.
