Description

US / Canada border Monument 538B, Montana/Saskatchewan.

Looking east, with runway of East Poplar International Airport in background. elev. 762m, Sec4 T37N R48E, Port of Scobey, Daniels Co., Montana / Port of Coronach, Saskatchewan, 105d 25'W 49d 00'N; Monument 538B. Ornamental (due to being at roadside instead of in the boonies) monument (apparently supplemental between #538 to the west and #539 (due to being in a valley, not part of original series, but needed by the side of the highway)). After a plane lands, one would exit either thru US or Can. customs, who of course are there mainly for the (light) road traffic.

It is 2:30 PM CDT on the Canadian side, and 1:30 PM MDT on the US side.
