A few days before today's date (2014-7-3), someone flagged this same file as a "potentially un-free file" or whatever. However, that is simply untrue. I drew this map by hand on Microsoft Paint, and posted it on the Atlas Forum (scroll down: http://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=137677.950) first, before I modified it and put it on the wiki. Since the original source (my Atlas Forum profile) and my current profile were supposedly not proven to come from the same person, it was deleted due to suspicion that it was an "un-free file".

As proof that there is no such violation, I would like you to scroll down to the 3rd last post on this page: http://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=137677.1000. Here, the original source (Fuzzybigfoot aka me, of course), acknowledges putting the 1976-1980 US Congressional Election maps on their respective Wiki pages. If you look at the source for those Wiki maps, you'll see that they were posted by Wikipedia member Fuzzybf (me, again). This proves that I am also Fuzzybigfoot of the Atlas Forum, the original source for the map, so there is no such violation whatsoever. You cannot commit a copyrrite violation on yourself.

I apologize for ranting on, but I just want to be thorough so people understand that everything is in order, and that the file is 100% mine. Thank you.
