Kevin Baugh (born 30 July 1962) is an American former US military officer and micronationalist[2]
He also founder and President of the Republic of Molossia, a self-proclaimed micronation that is not formally recognised by any world government.[3]
His presidential term started on the 3 September 1999, which is the official date of foundation of Molossia. However, his involvement in micronationalism goes way back to the end of the 1970s. He has made several endeavours in the micronational community, including the biennual MicroCon – the largest gathering of micronationalists.
