I suggest something like this, "Fiennes opened the new Sixth Form block in September 2010", as we don't usually put the exact date for insignificant event. And unfortunately, the photo can't be used as a real source. It also needs some clarification for readers. For example, where is the six form block? In Salisbury? Around Bishop Wordsworth's School?
