Hello!

I'm a Ph.D. student at Brandeis University in natural language processing (Part of computer science and artificial intelligence - more specifically generative lexicon). My work also incorporates linguistics and cognitive science. I'm interested in the connection between language, memory and thought, developmental aspects of language, cognitive modeling and building very large systems. I'm also a MIT alum.

In my spare time I do a good deal of technical theater. I usually work with lighting and set design, but I'm currently working on learning sound design. I'm also interested in history, literature, hiking, nature, and board games.

I enjoy photography. I've uploaded some of my nature photographs to wikipedia.
