slight change[edit]

Normally I'd just change it, but since it is emphasised I'll run it by here. I'm wondering if the you should be changed to us? Minor PR point so it doesn't sound too pushy. Thoughts? Aboutmovies 04:16, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As I'm sure you guessed, I copied it from some other project's templates, so I have no personal stake in it. However, I think it would sound strange to say "...chosen for us to improve." Sounds like, "yay, we gave ourselves a present!" I'd say either take the "you" out of italics, or change it to a more passive "chosen for improvement." --Sprkee 16:45, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
My vote is to take out the rah rah altogether and go for the passive construction. Katr67 18:23, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
How does the current version look? I also made it singular since occasionally I'd like it to focus one item (say de-redlink List of Oregon High Schools or GA imporvement drive). Aboutmovies 18:32, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe I'm just feeling paranoid today (hey, is that a Senator in the stall next to me???) but it sounded creepy to refer to us as "the Project" so I took that out. --Sprkee 18:40, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Changes[edit]

Looks good, and makes it easier to update with just the one template transcluded in three others! Thanks. Aboutmovies (talk) 04:14, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
