Relevancy of the flag being used in the template[edit]

Why are we using this Nguyen Dynasty flag (and not even an official one, for that matter) in this Vietnam topics template? Please either remove the flag outright or use the current national flag. Nguyen.asia.18 (talk) 06:28, 4 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

After taking a look at the revision history, I noticed this flag was only recently added in August 2022 by a sockpuppet who has since been blocked permanently. If nobody objects, I will revert this vandalism edit. Nguyen.asia.18 (talk) 06:35, 4 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Nguyen.asia.18: Go for it. But I personally think it's best not to contain any flag because it's too patriotic and also problematic in a way that anyone can just replace the official flag to sth they personally like (any historical flag, fictional flag, etc).
