Decade splits[edit]

I agree with Robsinden's removal of the decade splits. Frietjes (talk) 17:02, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see the decade groupss as a problem. It helps to break up the long list, and makes it easier to read for users on small screens, especially those with olderv eyes. But since it makes sense for those reasons, I'm sure there's a guideline against it it in the Film or TV projects somewhere. God forbid we make WP reader-friendly. - BilCat (talk) 17:07, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree that it makes the template easier to read on smaller screens, and the typical format for other navigational boxes in this category is not use decade splits. joining the sublists also helps avoid WP:LISTGAP. Frietjes (talk) 17:53, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The decade splits actually make things worse on small screens, as the headers themselves take up some of the space, and also it restricts how the browser can display the information. --Rob Sinden (talk) 09:51, 16 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
