Changes to Template[edit]

I am removing the link to Clovelly Golf Course and Pippy Park Golf Club from the template. They are not noteworthy courses. The link to Baly Haly should stay as that course is noteworthy because of its age. Thegoosler (talk) 19:07, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am adding a link to the St. John's Regatta to the template. It is noteworthy for being the oldest sporting event in North America and it is likely the most popular sporting event in the city (I do not have a reference to back this up). Thegoosler (talk) 19:07, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cant see titles[edit]

If your color blind the template looks like....

]. Ensure the contrast of the text with its background reaches at least WCAG 2.0's AA level, and AAA level when feasible. Here is a selection of tools that can be used to check that the contrast is correct:

    • The Color Contrast Analyser enables you to pick colors on the page, and review their contrast thoroughly. However, be sure to only use the up-to-date "luminosity" algorithm, and not the "color brightness/difference" which is outdated.
    • You can also use Snook's color contrast tool, which is entirely up-to-date.
    • Several other tools exist on the web, but check if they are up-to-date before using them. Several tools are based on WCAG 1.0's algorithm, while the reference is now WCAG 2.0's algorithm. If the tool doesn't specifically mention that it is based on WCAG 2.0, assume that it is outdated.Moxy (talk) 19:28, 27 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Was there a need to get rid of the colour scheme without any conversation here? I can understand if it cannot be read by someone who is colour blind but edits could have been made instead of totally erasing what I had done. Newfoundlander&Labradorian (talk) 22:19, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I see no reason to deviate from Category:Canada city templates. Frietjes (talk) 22:35, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
