commas[edit]

Is it possible to have the template ignore commas, so they don't have to be stripped out by hand? We use this a lot in the language info boxes , and it would be nice if it would accept figures copied straight from our sources . — kwami (talk) 00:09, 20 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This edit request to Template:Significant figures/rnd has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request.

This is a heavily used (sub)template, so the two utility template calls are invoked many many times. However, they are redirects, for no apparent reason. Please modify the calls to go directly to the target - {{rnd}} → {{round}} and {{doc}} → {{documentation}}, and so eliminate this unnecessary overhead. What is the /rnd subtemplate supposed to do?[edit]
