All the Georges who were also King of England (and I still call the British Crown the English Crown because it is in the numbering scheme of William of Normandy as Founder of the State of England) are with their numerals as King of England, except for "George Louis" who was also George I of Britain/England. Meanwhile, the Williams are listed with their numerals as King of Hanover. These inconsistencies need to be corrected. William IV of the United Kingdom certainly used that ordinal in the United Kingdom, but did he use it in Hanover? Did he use it as King of Hanover in situations where the United Kingdom was not mentioned along with Hanover? If so, wouldn't it be less confusing if we removed the pipes and named the rulers "George I of Great Britain", [etc], "William IV of the United Kingdom", "Ernest Augustus I of Hanover", "George V of Hanover"?
