Why Calder Trophy?[edit]

Why was the Calder trophy distinction added? Almost every Calder winner was later named an All Star or Hall of Famer, which supersedes the Calder coding distinction. This coding is thus barely used and has led to awkward inconsistencies in how it's displaced (see 2017 Draft where users have randomly added it in the middle of the table, but no other draft has this).
