Burevestnik/Krivak name correction[edit]

I believe that the link should appear as Burevestnik (Krivak) as many people only know this class by its NATO nickname. Certainly 'Krivak' should appear somewhere alongside the actual name. Add ships[edit]

Rename/move tamplate[edit]

Well the rename would have to be more comprehensive than that if you wanted to add Russian ships, as the end of the Cold War coincided roughly with the downfall of the Soviet Union. Llammakey (talk) 22:26, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That would be correct and OK, but in this template there are ships that never been built in Soviet or Cold War time, they were built only recently in post Soviet time. This is why I raised the question. Another suggestion would be to create a different template that would capture both Soviet and Russian ships like a similar Template:Soviet and Russian submarines after 1945, and then edit this template to fit the scope of the title, meaning removing post soviet ships. Sorry, misunderstood what you meant there. I agree, modern Russian designs should not be in this template as currently titled. I also agree that the template should be renamed to something along the lines of the Soviet and Russian submarine one. Having two separate templates for two different eras with a lot of overlap would just create a template stack at the bottom of a lot of ship articles. Thanks for your response! So at the moment as i see the best practice here would be to rename/move the template to 'Template:Soviet and Russian ships after 1945'. Add "naval" to template header[edit]
