Adding LEN as governing body

Under the Rules section, please add LEN as the governing body in Europe. Please change

Goalkeeper half-court rules

The rules have been changed, and the goalkeeper is now permitted to move past the half-distance line. I want to Remove "Mouthguard: A mouthguard is not mandatory in most tournaments but is recommended." Because, as a waterpolo player I have never seen or heard of mouthguards being recommended because you would not be able to breath easily and you could not tell your team that your opponent is flanking trying to steal the ball etc. Br meast (talk) 16:33, 2 October 2023 (UTC)

 Not done for now: While I have not removed this from the article, it does not have a source. So I have instead tagged it with the citation-needed template. In the meantime, if you are able to provide reliable sources directly explaining that water polo players do not wear mouth guards, this would support removing it from the equipment list.
