SHENS[edit]

alot of this content is made-up and does not have any factual basis on which to go on. as a student at west heath i can say that it is merely slander trying to give the school a bad name. all or at least most of the factual information on this wiki are simply copies from the school's website. this is someone's stupid idea of a joke and i'm afraid to say it's not funny and very insulting.

Ermmm I'm afraid it is no joke but very real. Well glad to hear the P ring hasn't got you.

I might be if it was a Student? More like one of 'them' writing it. Someone who writes perfectly but uses no capitals ? Why no capitals during a perfectly written, well punctuated notice. Did someone older need to seem young or something ? They fake their 5 star reviews like the nutters they are.

What, specifically, is wrong? And does "shens" mean Shenanigans? Wikibarista 19:30, 14 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The 'New School' now know as west heath school is every bit as disturbing and others have remarked. I'd be very sceptical that a student defended the school where it is more likely a staff where it would just go to show how mad the place is. There are good schools elsewhere with just as much apparent opulence, but free from the horrific danger that west heath school represents. Many former staff and parents are unanimous that many current and perhaps future parents are making a terrible mistake with west heath school. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7D:1403:C00:4C65:8004:B79F:42EC (talk) 19:25, 18 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation page requested[edit]

I think that there should be a disambiguation page for "New School," as there is the New School University, which is clearly not affiliated with this institution.--Bwryan2006 16:58, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Issues section[edit]

Oh my goodness yes the co-founding 'untouchable' William Willock !. But do not run away with the idea that was an isolated incident as it was NOT. The school could have been given the benefit of the doubt perhaps if so. But no. Another incident happened not too long after Willocks eventual arrest. Once again the school lurched into threats and a list of malpractices that word turn most to stone. You should be concerned about any young person you have studying in this school believe me, as there has been TWO known sex offender incidents both of which the school tried its hardest to cover up. But not only this. If you go to the local authorities, there is nothing but threats from they also. Quite what the hell goes on with this evil place is hard to say. Certainly you'd not expect to get any help from ANY of the local services and I mean all of them 100% all. A book could be written about the steps the school took to protect the offenders alone and would be a true horror story. I'm sure there are perplexed parents who know the school and had no experience of this. Most parents didn't when it was experienced by ( I see ) quite a list of reporter's. It doesn't work like that ever with such offenders, as they do not commit against an entire population anywhere. But just be careful. What happened at this school will be etched on my memory for the rest of my life. I'd like to point out that this post is finished here. It is not related to separate posts by others below as there are multiple whistleblowers here.

Well if you are willing to travel you are welcome to ask our child face to face how corrupt the school is be out guest. The place should be closed down it is that dangerous but the local establishment are also the problem and together they have ruined children lives through their hidden agenda - NOT 'REBUILT THEM'. We agree with the other remarks made here fully while OFSTED who are quite aware of some very harrowing reports about other forms of serious malpractice probably find it difficult to act due to that local establishment factor. Concerns did not end with the Willock incidents and the present principle is a number 1 concern - DO NOT TRUST HIM - he is a known and identified rogue educator who has seriously violated the rules involved in his profession on multiple levels - so untrustworthy that anything is possible.

We confronted the school over professional malpractice, and just as another poster below remarks about fake editing by the school - we experienced situations where the school was stalking both in person ( i mean physically turning up during our private life ) - spreading slander to local the local authority we were under - and stalking on social media, and even tracing and tracking our child to another school where they resorted to slandering the child and ruined the placement

This is a most dangerous school run by a dangerous person

Although I am not familiar with the school itself, it is quite clear that much of the "Issues" section is POV, and really ought to be verified or taken down until it can be. Accusations on members of staff seem to be made in the section (although not individually) and this is something that needs to be addressed if the article is to be NPOV and accurate. -- ConDemTalk 07:11, 17 March

All of its verified! - are you actually of the 'funnies' yourself ?

EXCUSE ME THE PERSON OVER CLAIMING THESE WARNINGS ARE POV. What on earth makes you think you have the right to say that ? Why would someone say Although I not familiar with the school itself. But then say - 'It is quite clear that much of the Issues; section is POV How ? How could that be clear to you unless you are one of the staff or linked in some other way ? Well lets look at it from a rational point of view shall we ?. NOBODY DOES THAT. Nobody ever gets themselves involved, or makes strong apologist statements that self conflict & contradict such as yours do. NOBODY !! Unless they are linked to the issues and are trying to use smoke and mirrors. Your first sentence compared to the second is corrupted now THAT is what is quite clear. So who are you then ? one of the RING ???? Whoever you are I'm happy that the kinks of disingenuousness shown in your remarks give a high probability you are from The New School At West Heath. Thus you'd know full well that people making statement here are actual students, parents, and former staff. You probably know that a group who knew about the staff sex offenders formed. You'd know about the malpractice, cover ups, the strange relationship the school has with local officials who refuse to investigate you, The false arrests of students, the bullying by the school, the intimidation by the school. The stalking of parents by the school, and the bent solicitor in Sevenoaks that sends the bent warning letters for this bent school !!

Hey, it's me again, from years ago.[1] (wrote a lot of the article including the Issues section). Don't you wish you had listened now? If not for your bureaucracy someone might have seen it and actually done something.
It was removed by someone who had no edits other than editing this page, probably someone that worked at the school.Revision as of 2006-07-06T15:00:50
When I worked at the school I brought up with the Ofsted inspectors the issue of boarding staff abusing the master key for reasons other than emergencies to enter students' rooms without knocking and so on, and they did not listen either. So Wikipedia was the only option, and even you did not listen.
If not for your bureaucracy someone official might have seen it and actually done something about the situation before this happened:
* William Whillock – vice-principal at The New School in West Heath – guilty of child porn offences, mccannexposure.wordpress.com, Posted: 31/05/2010
* Vice head of Diana's former school guilty of child porn, BBC News Online, Page last updated at 14:16 GMT, Thursday, 22 April 2010 15:16 UK
* Disgraced deputy head had been investigated before, kentnews.co.uk, POSTED: 20/06/2010 10:00:00

]

Good point ( below ) Nobody seems to have got any justice or apology from the school so I cannot see it. The new school at west heath left a trail of devastated lives in its wake.

Good going Wikipedia bureaucrats... I am adding the section back unless someone wants to say they know the school has definitely changed?

Puts the rules about not being able to lock your door etc[2], set by the head of boarding (the same Mr Whillock in the articles) in a whole different light NOW hey? NOW do you listen? --Anonymous Whistleblower (talk) 23:09, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request[edit]

Co-founder and vice-principal William Whillock (who was also the school's designated child protection officer) was outed as a sex offender in 2011. The female victim, a pupil at the school, was aged 16–17, while Whillock was 57. He had exchanged flirtatious text messages with the victim, and had obtained indecent photos from her: 14 were found on his mobile phone. Whillock was immediately suspended from his position, and was subsequently sentenced to a three-year community order.[7]

THE ABOVE is far from accurate with regard to the matters surround Willocks mobile phone. Willock was not immediately suspended from his position The school had been protecting Willock for around 7 years resorting to sacking members of staff that had reported him. The phone was not discovered by school officials, and the matters were not reported by the school either. In fact in the full knowledge that Willock was a sex offender & had been taking pictures of nude students the phone was pick pocketed from Willock and offered to the national press ! Only then would anyone do anything about Willock. The school were not interested in ending his crimes and did everything possible to allow him to perpetuate them.

Please add in a 'Notable Events' part onto the page, it could be used to say things such as when the school made a concert called 'Lawnfest' that 2000 people came to see, including THE Madonna. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.8.9.67 (talk)
