Should we change this to reflect "talent management" instead?

This whole thing kind of reads like a "how to" guide rather than an encyclopedic article. Maybe it needs a do over?--125.238.38.59 11:39, 5 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you ask me, I really don't mind the whole "how to" format. Yes, there are other sites out there with similar guides, but what's the harm in leaving it like this? --71.102.133.171 (talk) 20:53, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Needs big help?[edit]

This article is, at is essence, not at all encyclopedic. It's a "how to", which, while being useful, is not the intended use for a page such as this. It needs to be heavily edited, if not rewritten from scratch. I fixed the cats/spelling/lists for anyone who wants to take a crack at rewriting it using the current information in part.

Anyone not agree on this point?

I'd like to point out that a lot of this artice is copied word for word from the references. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.230.48.34 (talk) 18:15, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
