History of the organization[edit]

This is "history" page on the official site of SBU. First, it says "March 25, 1992 - the official date of the establishment of the Ukrainian special service. On this day, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law on the Security Service of Ukraine.". This is not 20 September 1991, as said on our page. Secondly, the history section of our page begins from 1918, when it was a different state and a different organization. In particular, All-Ukrainian Cheka was a completely different organization. I am not sure providing such history was a good idea, although providing this as "Background" might be OK. My very best wishes (talk) 02:46, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
