Archetine 5 alien[edit]

Shouldn't it just point to Mary's section on the List of Torchwood monsters and aliens? --GracieLizzie 14:50, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since the context in which the "star poet" is presented in Invasion of the Bane is so different from what we learn about the species in Greeks Bearing Gifts, I think it's worth mentioning here as well. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 23:49, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dalek[edit]

Does it really need a listing just because there is a picture of it? Clockwork Apricot 19:40, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree in this - there have so far been no Daleks in SJA, and it doesn't seem likely that there will be, so until now it shouldn't really be on the list. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 12:53, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know it was a while since you had this conversation, but the Daleks have been mentioned twice now. Firstly in The Mark of the Beserker by Clyde's dad (referring to the events of The Stolen Earth) and secondly by Eve when she was going on about that war between her planet. I think that the sheer amount of references should give them a spot. Thefartydoctor (talk) 21:13, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures[edit]

Shouldn't we use a picture from SJA for the "Mary" alien rather than using one that looks like it's from Torchwood, since this is a SJA page? (Also, a picture of one of the regular Bane aliens would be pretty good, too.)

Trickstr's succss[edit]

I don't understand the bit about how the Trickster was successful until Donna stopped it in Turn Left. The Trickster is not mentioned as having a part in that story. Can someone please explain this? --132.235.236.141 (talk) 15:13, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Time Beetle is part of "the Trickster's brigade," but what level of control this suggest the Trickster has over it is uncertain. He could just have created a whole bunch of them and let them run wild, or he could be micromanaging their actions from afar. The suggestion in the line in the article, anyway, is that defeating a Time Beetle is also a defeat for the Trickster. 86.136.156.205 (talk) 18:48, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Basis of the Trickster[edit]

I've flagged this on the main page as Original Research - I think it's pretty tenuous suggesting it may be based on Satan without some pretty heavy citing to back it up. For example, has Limbo being part of Satan's domain even been mention in SJA anywhere? Etrigan (talk) 22:26, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Androvax[edit]

Is Androvax the name of an individual Veil, or is an Androvax a kind of veil species?--Jeffro77 (talk) 13:58, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It appears to be a name of a Veil. Thefartydoctor (talk) 21:07, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Xylok[edit]

in the article it states that the Xylok are impervious to computer viruses however in the Sarah Jane Adventure, season one finale, they used the "armageddon virus" to wipe Mr Smith's memory banks to reset his purpose. is this a unique case for Mr Smith?--23:55, 11/21/2009 (UTC)

That wasn't an ordinary computer virus, though. It was created to shut down the entire internet, so Mr Smith didn't survive it because it wasn't a computer virus. I think personally that it's referring to things like trojans etc. Thefartydoctor (talk) 21:08, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
