OTRS ticket and some notes[edit]

OTRS permission on the above ticket, and website itself, releases content of http://www.scholarpedia.org/article/Lieb-Robinson_bounds under CC-by-SA-3.0.

I've pasted over the OTRS ticket mentioned in the draft submission. Much of this page's content was taken wholesale from [1]. This isn't an issue per se, but the article needs to be reworked heavily. It's way too complicated for our average reader. However, I went ahead and published anyway because the concept is clearly noteworthy to a scholarly audience and would likely be covered in a specialized encyclopedia. Does this get a new section, or worked into the existing text? Hcobb (talk) 21:34, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
